This plugin adds support for SWFAddress. This means it becomes possible to "deep link" the book, navigating to pages directly by using the browser's address bar / URLs.

Note: don't expect this to work locally. Try it on a server!

To link to page 12, add /#/12 to the URL. For example, if your book lies at http://www.example.com/, change the URL to http://www.example.com/#/12. This jumps the the 13th page side (i.e. the page with the index 13, counting starts at 0, direction depends on reading order). In a left to right book this is the 7th "physical" page. Note that this mechanism ignores the book@pageoffset property; it always uses the pages actual index.
